This role is ideal for a 10+ year senior plant engineer with strong auto‑electrical diagnostics, hydraulic fault‑finding, and mobile breakdown experience.
The Role
- Auto‑electrical fault‑finding & diagnostics
- Hydraulic repairs & system troubleshooting
- Mechanical repairs, servicing & preventative maintenance
- Breakdown response
- Accurate reporting, job sheets, and compliance documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years’ experience as a Mobile Plant Fitter / Plant Engineer
- Strong auto‑electrical diagnostics (CANbus, wiring, looms, sensors)
- Excellent hydraulic fault‑finding
- Confident working independently on customer sites
- Full UK driving licence
- Rail experience beneficial

We are a Network Rail certified supplier providing machinery sales, rail‑vehicle servicing and upgrades and specialist engineering support across East Midlands. We are authorised dealers for Sunward machinery and supply/maintain Mecalac excavators and dumpers, alongside servicing contracts for the Goldschmidt RRV fleet.
Pay: £20.00 per hour
