FULL TIME Property Maintenance Coordinator (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 3.30pm TBC)
Small but growing Property Maintenance company based in Southgate requires a FULL TIME Property Maintenance to come in and hit the ground running, having contact with customers and suppliers, answering the telephone and emails, booking and organisation of jobs and other general office duties.
Hours required – Monday to Friday 900am - 5.30pm to be agreed
Salary: £25-35000 depending on experience. MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OFFICE EXPERIENCE
Skills required:
- Organised and able to manage fast-flowing tasks to a high standard
- Excellent telephone manner
- Team player
- Flexible and willing to perform a wide variety of tasks
- Experience in the property maintenance and building trade an advantage or alternatively a good knowledge of DIY is imperative.
- Happy to work in a small office environment, sometimes on your own, running the office if other members of staff are absent.
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Good written English and verbal communication skills with good telephone manner
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word / Excel
- Knowledge of Sage 50 would be helpful but not essential
- Non smoker and dog lover (as the small dog shares the office!)
