About the Role
We're growing our team of reliable, flexible Childcare Workers to cover nurseries, preschools, and primary schools across Cheshire.
Youchoosework connects vetted, caring individuals with local childcare providers who need flexible cover during short-term staff absences. What You'll Be Doing
- Covering shifts in registered childcare settings and schools across Cheshire
- Working with children aged 0–11 in nursery, preschool, and primary school settings
- Helping settings maintain safe staff-to-child ratios so they can keep delivering quality care

What We're Looking For
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with children – experience and qualifications are welcome but not always essential
- Good written and spoken English
- Reliability, professionalism, and a can-do attitude
- An Enhanced DBS check (don't have one yet? We'll guide you through getting it)
- Based in or near Cheshire, with the ability to travel to local settings
