The Role We are seeking a skilled Barista who takes pride in their craft and enjoys being part of a busy, neighbourhood cafe. You will be the heart of our coffee service, ensuring every cup meets our high standards while delivering the friendly, efficient service our regulars love.
Key Responsibilities ·
Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffee drinks, from classic espressos and flat whites to seasonal specials.
· Create beautiful, consistent latte art – this is a must-have skill
· Operate the espresso machine and maintain equipment to a high standard
· Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service to all guests · Assist with food preparation and service as needed during busy brunch services
· Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming workspace
· Work effectively as part of a close-knit team during busy weekend mornings What We're Looking For
