This is an exciting opportunity in Norfolk Residential Children’s Homes providing emergency and time limited, specialist care for young people (male and female) aged between 8 - 17 years, when either family, foster care, mainstream residential or other community-based placements are not possible or desirable at the time.
As a level 1 Residential Children’s Practitioner you will be expected to provide direct care and support to children and young people, helping to create a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment. You will support daily routines, build trusting relationships, encourage participation in education and activities and contribute to positive outcomes for children.
