We are seeking an organised, proactive and detail-focused Bid & Pre-Construction Coordinator to join our team at ALL-TECH Electrical & Mechanical Ltd.
This role combines bid coordination, tender management, estimating support, compliance administration and pre-construction project coordination. You will work closely with Directors, Project Managers, and Bid Writers to support business growth, ensure successful tender submissions, and assist in the smooth mobilisation and delivery of projects.
Experience within construction, engineering, facilities management or renewable energy sectors would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
Bid & Tender Management
Monitor tender portals and identify relevant opportunities.
Support the full tender process from initial review through to submission.
Track deadlines and ensure all bids are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain and develop tender trackers, bid libraries, and documentation systems.
Ensure all submissions meet governance, quality, and compliance requirements.
Estimating & Procurement Support
Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Support estimating and procurement activities for tenders and projects.
Assist in preparing cost information and supporting documentation.
Compliance & Administration
Maintain compliance records including NICEIC, MCS, ISO, Constructionline, and SMAS.
Assist with preparation and management of RAMS, CPPs, and Health & Safety documentation.
Apply health and safety regulations, practices, and procedures across all activities.
Prepare O&M manuals and project handover documentation.
Maintain training records, staff certifications and accreditation documentation
Project Coordination
Support project mobilisation and resource planning.
Provide general project coordination and administrative support as required.
Maintain accurate project and bid documentation throughout lifecycle stages.
Coordinate information requests between clients, suppliers, subcontractors and project teams."

Skills & Experience Required
Essential
Previous experience in bid coordination, project coordination, estimating support, or tender administration.
Experience within construction, electrical, engineering, renewable energy, or facilities management sectors.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Proactive, methodical, and problem-solving approach.
Flexible and collaborative working style.
Desirable
Knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and equipment.
Understanding of bid governance, risk management, and approval processes.
Familiarity with NICEIC, MCS, ISO, Constructionline, or SMAS requirements.
Experience supporting public sector procurement or tender frameworks.
IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
Experience preparing RAMS and compliance documentation.
Full UK driving licence.
