Maintenance Handyman – URGENTLY NEEDED
We are urgently looking for a reliable Maintenance Handyman to join our team.
This is a general handyman role, not a specialist trade position. You will carry out general repairs and maintenance in our properties.
Main Duties
- General property repairs and maintenance
- Basic plumbing and electrical work
- Fixing doors, windows, locks and fixtures
- Basic carpentry and painting
- Inspecting properties and reporting problems
- Responding to maintenance jobs and completing them on time
- Keeping properties safe and in good condition
Requirements
- Previous handyman or maintenance experience
- Good practical and problem-solving skills
- Able to carry out general repairs
- Reliable and hardworking
- Good communication skills
- Driving licence preferred
- Must be able to work independently
