Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, ensuring efficient workflow and high morale

- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to optimize profitability

- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food production and preparation techniques
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
- Solid kitchen experience encompassing cooking, food safety practices, and restaurant operations

Pay: £27,703.27-£49,499.10 per year
