Christopher Brian is working with a well-established law firm looking for a Head of Private Client / Senior Private Client Solicitor to join and build on an already strong team.
This isn't about walking into a department that needs fixing. The foundations are there. The opportunity is to take a successful team forward, bring your own ideas and help shape its continued growth.
You’ll inherit existing work while also bringing and developing your own caseload, giving you the opportunity to strengthen both your personal practice and the wider department.
Your role will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters
- Taking responsibility for existing files alongside developing your own caseload
- Leading, supporting and developing members of the Private Client team
- Maintaining and building strong client and referrer relationships
- Helping shape the future direction and growth of the department
- Ensuring the team continues to deliver a high standard of client service
