Purpose of the post:
The Partnerships Executive will be responsible for the delivery and management of Club Doncaster’s commercial partnership portfolio. Leading the partnership delivery team, the role will ensure that all contractual rights are fulfilled, activations are executed to the highest standard, and partners receive exceptional value.
The Partnerships Executive will act as the key point of contact between partners and the Club, ensuring smooth coordination across departments to deliver excellent results and long-term partners satisfaction.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Support the partnership delivery team to ensure outstanding service to all partners.
- Support the planning and execution of partnership activations, including branding, digital content, events, hospitality, match day experiences and community engagement.
- Ensure all contractual rights are delivered accurately and on time.
- Develop and maintain activation plans for each partner, monitoring progress and delivery against commitments.
- Be present on match days and events to oversee partner branding and experiences.
- Act as a point of contact for partners, ensuring strong working relationships and ongoing satisfaction.
- Coordinate regular partner meetings, reviews and updates, supported by clear reporting.
- Respond proactively to partner needs and feedback, finding solutions and opportunities for added value.
- Ensure deadlines and standards are met.
- Be part of a culture of professionalism, creativity and continuous improvement within the team.
- Work closely with the marketing, communications, Box Office and wider event staff to deliver integrated activations.
- Ensure smooth processes for match day operations, bragning and partner visibility across all Club assets.
- Produce reports and case studies demonstrating value delivered to partners.
- Track deliver against KPIs and contractual obligations.
- Highlight successes and identify areas for growth in partnership activation.
- Support the Head of Sales with partner reviews and renewal discussions by providing clear evidence of delivery and ROI.
- Identify upsell opportunities through enhanced activation ideas or new Club initiatives.

Pay: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
