Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Recognise and establish long term relationships with customers
· Successfully obtain additional orders from an already existing client base
· Managing regular and ad-hoc subcontractors
· Manage each delivery and liaise with the customer to completion
· Liaise with end users regarding ETAs, problem solving and booking in deliveries
Key experience and qualifications:
· A confident, professional telephone manner
· Experience in working in a busy office environment
· Excellent attention to detail
· Be able to show ownership of tasks
· Degree or A Level educated (Preferred but not essential)
· A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Experience in using transport systems (Preferred but not essential)
