Responsibilities
- Manage and update property listings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and attractiveness to prospective tenants
- Conduct data entry related to property details, tenant information, and lease agreements with precision
- Coordinate viewings and communicate effectively with prospective tenants via phone and email
- Maintain organised records of all property transactions, inspections, and maintenance schedules
- Assist in the screening process for potential tenants, including background checks and reference verification
- Handle tenant enquiries professionally, providing exceptional phone etiquette and customer service
- Support administrative tasks such as preparing lease documents, processing applications, and managing correspondence
- Upsell additional services or features to prospective tenants where appropriate to maximise occupancy rates
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience with office administration or property management roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in upselling or sales within a property context is advantageous
- Proficient in using standard office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Previous experience in administrative roles within the property sector will be considered an asset
Pay: £24,420.00-£35,427.46 per year
