Duties
- Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and utensils.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Support the chefs by keeping workstations tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Dispose of waste appropriately and ensure recycling practices are followed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is advantageous but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
