Fabricator/ Welder

If you enjoy fabrication work and want a role with different jobs each week, this is a good fit. You’ll work on new builds, including repairs and alterations to trailers, tankers, hoppers, conveyors, and more.

Location: Sutton-on-Trent, NG23 6RT
Working Hours: 7am – 4pm + daily overtime after 8 hours
Pay: Up to £17.25 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing
- Cutting, drilling and preparing steelwork
- Working from engineering drawings or verbal instructions
- Producing quality MIG welds (TIG is an advantage)
- Following workshop procedures and recording job details
- Keeping your work area clean and safe

What You’ll Bring
- A solid fabrication background
- Ability to work from engineering drawings
- Experience in MIG welding
- TIG experience helpful but not essential
- Apprenticeship/NVQ trained or agricultural repair experience preferred
- Good communication and teamwork
