Duties
- Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity.
- Preparing Light Snacks and Meals. Light housework.
- Support the implementation of personalised care plans tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences.
- Provide companionship and emotional support through engaging conversations and activities that enhance mental well-being.
- Help with medication management under supervision, ensuring timely administration as per care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and their families to ensure seamless care delivery.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately while adapting to individual needs.
- Basic IT skills for maintaining records, updating care documentation, and using relevant Care management systems.
- Valid driving license with experience in safe driving practices enhances flexibility for home care roles.
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care services is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring attitude that fosters trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
