About Us
The first standalone venture for husband-and-wife team Daniel and Joie Rosser, Noah’s follows in the footsteps of much-loved family-run business, The Scallop Shell in Bath, opened by the Rosser family in 2015. Dan’s honed his chef career working with the likes of Mitch Tonks in Devon, Marco Pierre White in Singapore and Nieves Barragán Mohacho in London, while Joie’s climbed the front of house ranks working for luxury hotel group Ritz-Carlton and Jason Atherton in Singapore, before they moved back to Dan’s West Country home city full time to play an integral role in running the family businesses in Bath.
Dan and Joie are excited to breathe new life into this iconic Bristol venue and bring their knowledge of the fish & chip industry, and previous experience working in high-end restaurants at home and abroad, to put their own unique stamp on this new neighbourhood restaurant.
