- Document care provided accurately using computer literacy tools like Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Organize schedules and manage tasks efficiently to meet each client’s individual needs.
- Foster a welcoming environment through excellent customer service and empathetic communication skills.
- Follow all safety protocols and organizational procedures to uphold the highest standards of care.

- Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general IT skills for documentation and scheduling.
