We are seeking a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist (Band 6) to join our team!
Avena Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team supporting individuals with complex rehabilitation needs, including mental health, neurological conditions, and substance misuse recovery.
You will play a key role in delivering evidence-based occupational therapy interventions that promote independence, functional recovery, and improved quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
- Develop and deliver individualised rehabilitation programmes
- Support functional recovery, daily living skills, and community reintegration
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to care planning, reviews, and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and risk assessments
About You
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience at Band 6 level or equivalent
- Background in mental health, neurorehabilitation, or complex care (desirable)
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently

Pay: £22,157.00-£27,007.00 per year
