Duties
- Assist in preparing ingredients and baking products according to established recipes and quality standards
- Support the food production process by measuring, mixing, and assembling baked goods with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace, adhering to food safety regulations at all times
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, and other baking tools
- Help with packaging and labeling baked items for display or delivery while ensuring presentation quality
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for team members and customers
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deliver fresh, tasty baked goods consistently
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation, baking, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices in a commercial kitchen is a plus
- Hands-on experience with cooking or culinary tasks demonstrates your ability to handle food production duties effectively
