You'll play an important role in providing high-quality care and education for young children, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can flourish. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding care and learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years
- Plan and support engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Promote children's wellbeing, confidence, and independence
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive nursery environment
- Work collaboratively to deliver the highest standards of childcare
Requirements:
- A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification (Early Years Educator or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
