NeverAfter is seeking a Studio Manager to lead our flagship studio. We provide hot pilates and barre classes. We also provide wellness services such as massage ect. The ideal client should have an interest in fitness.
This role is responsible for driving revenue and operational performance while delivering an exceptional client experience.
The Studio Manager functions as the primary operator of the studio, ensuring strong team performance, smooth daily operations, and consistent business results.
You will oversee daily studio operations and lead a team of Studio Representatives and Instructors. The ideal candidate is a highly organised, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage a studio with a personalised small group classes approach.
This is a full-time leadership role that includes mornings, evenings and occasional weekends.
The Role
- Drive Studio Performance: Monitor memberships, class utilisation, and retail performance while supporting revenue growth and managing labor costs.
- Lead the Team: Hire, train, and manage Studio Representatives and instructors while setting clear expectations and maintaining team accountability.
- Manage Operations: Oversee instructor and staff scheduling, payroll coordination, and daily studio operations to ensure a smooth and consistent experience.
- Maintain Studio Standards: Ensure the studio environment reflects Never After brand standards while resolving client issues professionally and graciously.
- Build Community: Foster a welcoming studio culture that supports both team performance and a strong community.
Requirements:
- 2 years or more of management experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or another service-driven environment
- Experience managing teams of employees and handling daily operational performance, including staffing, scheduling, and studio results
- Proven ability to lead teams
- Strong organisational and operational management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solutions-oriented with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Full-time availability, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
