Nexus Recruitment have been instructed by an established property management firm in Leeds, on an exciting new role within the business. Our client are looking for an experienced and passionate Block Property Manager to join the business. Core responsibilities:
- Day to day management of a portfolio of circa 11 blocks, mainly in Sheffield with a couple in Leeds.
- Full oversight of section 20 major works from start to finish, working with contractors and the team.
- Setting and managing service charge budgets with your accounts team
- Regularly liaising with leaseholders and clients, answering all queries promptly.
- Attending site visits and conducting detailed H&S, fire safety checks and chairing AGMs
- General admin duties

- Previous experience in Block Management is essential, ideally at Property Manager level
- Able to come on board and manage a leasehold portfolio independently from day one.
- A proven track record managing section 20s from start to finish, as well as budgets and LPE1 forms
- TPI qualifications are very much preferred
- Able to commute to the office twice a week
- Full UK driving license
