Duties
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clear communication between guests and kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting the kitchen team to deliver timely service
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed diligently, including proper handling and sanitation practices
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver prompt service without compromising quality
Experience
- Previous Barista/restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
- Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic math skills for handling transactions and orders
- Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus, demonstrating comfort with food preparation tasks
- Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tables and responsibilities seamlessly
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude towards upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
