Job Summary
We are seeking a cafe Assistan to join our small team. We are a small local cafe providing homemade food and drink.
The cafe is based in Uppingham.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffees
- Serve customers
- Keep the cafe clean and follow hygiene standards
- Work with other team members during busy times and also solo on other occasions
- Attend staff training and complete any required courses
- You will be required to lone work occasionally
Requirements
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant environment is essential.
- Must be able to prepare food from scratch
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- A flexible approach to working with the ability to work extra hours when required.
- At the weekend you will be responsible to mange the cafe with staff to support.
- Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday
Shifts
You will be doing Saturday and Sunday plus another shift to be confirmed.
A miid week day 10am-3/4pm to be confirmed
Saturday 10am - 4pm
Sunday 10am-4pm
If the cafe is busy you may be asked to stay longer. Weekday flexibility would be helpful.
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 18 per week
