Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately for food and beverages
- Serve drinks and meals in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are maintained
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout shifts
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently, providing correct change when necessary
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations at all times
- Assist with setting up tables, cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies as needed
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience, addressing any special requests or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, particularly as a server or bartender, is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the restaurant industry
- Strong serving skills with an understanding of customer service principles
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy shifts
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
