Duties
- Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and features
- Offer additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client looks
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to client needs and providing expert advice
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining a welcoming salon environment
- Mentor junior team members and apprentices to foster skill development and teamwork
- Upsell salon products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and salon areas to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
Skills
- Proven experience in hairdressing with a strong portfolio of styles and techniques
- Expertise in barbering for diverse client needs
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Store management skills including appointment booking systems, inventory control, and sales tracking
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Knowledge of eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty treatments is a plus
- Ability to mentor colleagues while demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm for ongoing learning

Pay: £25,420.00-£53,160.93 per year
