We’re growing our Manchester team and looking for a confident, energetic Retail Sales Assistant to work across a variety of customer-focused sales and promotional campaigns.
Working with brands across different sectors, you’ll engage directly with customers, introduce products and services, understand what they’re looking for and help turn great conversations into great results.
It’s a fast-paced, social role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys sales, customer interaction and working towards goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Representing brands across a variety of sectors
- Promoting products, services and current campaigns
- Building rapport and understanding customer needs
- Providing a positive and professional customer experience
- Supporting customer acquisition and sales
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Developing strong product and campaign knowledge
- Working alongside the team to deliver great results

Experience in retail, sales, hospitality, promotions, events or customer service is a bonus, but it isn’t essential. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided, so we’re looking for people with the personality, motivation and drive to succeed.
