We are looking for 2 Twilight Care Assistants to join our friendly team at our Whitebeach Care Home in St Leonards. No previous experience is necessary as we provide all our own in house training through a comprehensive induction programme. Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate willingness to work as part of a team and have a passion for helping others.
One position will be for 3 shifts a week, and one position will be for 4 days a week. Both positions require 1 weekend shift each and have a 4hr shift pattern of 8pm to 12am.

The Role:
- Assist and support residents throughout the evening to meet their care needs
- Follow guidance and instruction from Managers and Team Leaders
- Ensure care delivery is in line with current care plans and individual wishes
- Monitor the wellbeing of clients throughout each shift and act and report any concerns that may arise
