Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team and maintain high standards of cleanliness in one of our commercials.
Must have a keen eye for detail as daily detailed cleaning is required.
Required availability: Monday 0600-0800 Wednesday 0600-0800 Friday 0600-0800 Saturday 0600-0800 Sunday 0600-0800
Earlier shifts at 0500-0700 can be arranged with atleast 1 weekend off a month if preferred. Overtime available.
Based in Barnsley Town Center, Start date 6th and 13th of July. Applicants must have a clean DBS Flexible from 5am Can work independently and as a team! Benefits Pension Scheme Paid Holidays Pay rate of £13ph

Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial settings.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and communal areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Ensure tables and chairs are scrubbed down, windows, doors, skirting and more.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet roll as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work.
- Good organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards hygiene standards.
