Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Liverpool team and are looking for ambitious, driven, and commercially minded Property Investment Consultants to join our fast-growing business based in the heart of Castle Street.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with property investors
- Understand client financial goals and investment objectives
- Advise clients on UK property investment opportunities and market trends
- Manage and nurture a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct virtual consultations and present tailored investment solutions
- Negotiate and close investment deals
- Deliver a high standard of client service throughout the sales process
- Support and mentor junior consultants as the team continues to grow
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven, ambitious, and commercially focused mindset
- Interest in property investment and financial markets
- Confidence discussing investment terminology including ROI, yields, and LTV
- Organised and professional approach to work
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
