Job Description:
We are now on the process to recruit a Waiter / Waitress to our F&B Team. The focus will be on Breakfast and occasional Functions
This position is for immediate start and working hour may vary according to business levels
Would ideally suit a local person that likes to work early shifts and does not mind finishing late shifts also. You would have circa 20 hours per business requirements.
Rose & Crown is a 3 Star Hotel with 38 bedrooms, 100 cover restaurant, lounge bar and room service. We currently host circa 30 weddings per year and many other banqueting and conference functions.The applicant must be able to work flexible hours, and be available for bank holidays and weekends/ evenings. We are looking for someone polite, articulate and motivated. You will be responsible for bar, lounge area, Restaurant , Room Service and Banqueting . Good customer service skills are essential.
The dress code on these areas, is plain black trouser, plain black socks, plain black shoes, plain black shirt long sleeves. Whilst on duty you are expected to always be clean and your uniform to be cleaned and groomed.
