Production Operative / Glasshouse Operative (Horticulture, Agriculture)
We are hiring a Production Operative to join our modern glasshouse team. Ideal for candidates with experience in production, warehouse, agriculture, or manufacturing.
Duties
- Crop harvesting using mechanical equipment
- Tray weighing and movement
- Operating machinery such as sowing machines and bench washer
- Moving benches within the greenhouse
- Basic computer use for production systems
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment
- Forklift truck operation if licensed
Requirements
- Hands on, reliable, and proactive
- Team player with good attention to detail
- Willing to learn, full training provided
- Experience in production, warehouse, farming, or horticulture beneficial
Hours
Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm and Saturday 6am to 11am
