We are looking for a warm, professional and dependable Toddler Room Practitioner to join our nurturing early years setting. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about high-quality childcare, understands the importance of calm and consistent care for children, and enjoys working as part of a supportive, close-knit team.
The right candidate will have a passion for teaching and learning. We are looking for a person who has a great knowledge of helping children learn through play, can work as part of a team and has communication skills.
For the right candidate there will be further training opportunities, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly team where they all have a passion for teaching and learning.
The nursery has a lovely big garden, with many resources throughout the nursery to help the children learn and develop.
About the Role
You will play a key role in creating a safe, loving and stimulating environment for our youngest children, supporting their early development through attentive care and meaningful interactions. We are seeking someone who brings a thoughtful, professional approach and can provide stability and reassurance within the baby unit.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1 year’s experience working within an early years setting
- A reliable and emotionally intelligent practitioner who communicates confidently with colleagues and families
- A calm, grounded and professional approach suited to a baby room environment
- level 3 qualification
