Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR and Recruitment Lead to drive our talent acquisition and human resources initiatives. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract caring and compassionate candidates in care roles.
- Manage and optimize HR information systems such as bright hr for efficient data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate with Care manager to understand staffing needs and facilitate seamless onboarding processes
- Oversee social media management for employer branding, job postings, and candidate engagement.
- Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies
- Work alongside administrators to create a smooth and consistent onboarding process.
- Support administrative functions related to human resources, including scheduling interviews, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources or high level qualifications in HR and recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with HR platforms.
- Strong proficiency in data entry, record management, and utilising tools for recruitment tracking
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, manager, and team members.
- Familiarity with social media management tools for employer branding initiatives
- Prior administrative experience supporting HR functions is advantageous
- Knowledge of indeed and other recruitment sites a plus.
