The Role:
As a Club Support Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the manager and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the gym. This role is varied, flexible, and perfect for someone who thrives on taking the initiative and enjoys connecting with people.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the manager with daily operational Customer Service tasks and events.
- Providing new members with gym inductions (Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification required).
- Engaging with members on the gym floor, answering questions, and providing support as needed.
- Helping with events, promotions, or activities happening in the gym.
- Confidence in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and creating engaging content such as stories.
- Be comfortable being featured on our social media channels, as part of promoting the vibrant community and atmosphere of Snap Fitness Staple Hill.
- Ensuring the gym remains clean, organized, and welcoming for all members.
- Being available throughout the day and working flexibly based on the needs of the gym.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (essential).
- A self-motivated, go-with-the-flow attitude and the ability to work independently.
- A genuine passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with members and create a positive atmosphere.
- Experience within the fitness industry, preferably in a gym or health club environment.
- Adaptability to handle various tasks and responsibilities throughout the day.
