Rossco Site Services is a growing steel fabrication and site services company delivering high-quality solutions across the UK. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator & Coordinator to join our team.
The Role
This is a varied and hands-on role at the heart of the business. You’ll support sales administration, manage enquiries, and assist with planning and coordination to help keep projects running smoothly from quote to completion.
You’ll also act as a key point of contact for incoming enquiries, helping reduce pressure on senior management.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Supporting the quotation process with the management team
- Preparing and issuing quotes using Xero
- Maintaining and updating the WIP (work in progress) tracker
- Supporting planning and scheduling of jobs
- Coordinating between office, workshop, and site teams
- Supporting the Business Development Manager with sales admin
- Managing spreadsheets and ensuring data accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- Previous office or sales admin experience
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator
- Good Excel and IT skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Bonus (not essential):
- Experience in construction, engineering, or fabrication
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge
