The Pastoral Intervention Leader (ReDirect) leads our dedicated responsive intervention space, our ‘ReDirect room’, supporting students who experience a period of disengagement in learning.
Through nurturing support and identification of barriers to participation they ensure that students return to their lessons successfully.
The role involves leading on planning, monitoring and evaluating interventions to ensure effective outcomes and consistent communication across teams.
As a visible presence around the school, they build strong, supportive relationships, model the school’s values and contribute to a calm, inclusive and aspirational environment.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Student Support Team, with the position available due to internal promotions and staff movement.
Successful candidates will join an experienced and supportive team who are passionate about helping young people thrive, both academically and personally, through leading and delivering targeted student interventions.
