About the Role
We are a friendly and welcoming hospitality venue at the heart of our community, reopening following full refurbishment. We are dedicated to providing excellent service and a great experience for every guest. We are currently looking for full time Front of House staff with bar experience to join our team and help deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced and enjoyable environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Take food and drink orders and serve guests efficiently
- Prepare and serve beverages where required
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean and well presented
- Assist with setting up and running events or functions
- Work as part of a team to deliver a great guest experience
Requirements
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience essential
- Bar experience essential
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a busy environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Team player with a proactive approach
