CNC Machinists Turning & Milling – Experienced Operator & Programmers
We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Machinists to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual operating and programming CNC and manual machines, particularly with Siemens controls, although HAAS and Fanuc Experience would be beneficial.

We operate a Variety of CNC Lathes and VMC’s, as well as manual lathes and milling machines. Our workshop is a dynamic environment where precision, efficiency, and teamwork are key to delivering high-quality products.
The ideal candidate must be able to work well either alone or part of a team, read drawings
Key Responsibilities
- CNC Programming & Operation – Program and operate CNC machines efficiently and accurately.
- Manual Machining – Operate manual lathes and milling machines as needed.
- Machine Setup & Adjustment – Set up, calibrate, and adjust machine setups safely and effectively.
- Workplace Organization – Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored correctly.
- Quality Control & Problem-Solving – Identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring all components meet required specifications.
- Team Collaboration – Work effectively with other team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability & Experience
- Proven experience in CNC machining (programming and operation).
- Experience operating manual lathes and milling machines is a plus.
This is a great opportunity for a self motivated person who, whilst being in a team workshop, will work independently most of the time.
Good rates of pay to be agreed on ability/experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: We have opportunities for both Day Shift (08.00-16.30 Mon-Thurs 08.00-15.30 Fri) and Late Shift (14.00-22.00 Mon-Thurs 14.00-21.00 Fri)
