Who we are
Change Waste Recycling's mission is to take the pressure off our clients by ensuring stress free waste management that drives positive environmental change. We are seeking dedicated HGV drivers to join our growing transport team in Glasgow. Based in the local area, you will play a vital role as the face of the business, demonstrating commitment to customer service with a friendly, flexible and enthusiastic attitude.
What you'll do
- Complete scheduled waste management collections from various client locations across the region.
- Ensure all collections are completed on time while maintaining high safety standards.
- Conduct safety checks and ensure vehicle compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate collection records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Uphold the company's commitment to safety standards and environmental sustainability during all operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Cat C class 2 licence.
- Strong knowledge of Glasgow road networks and city centre routes.
- Excellent communication and service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in multi-drop or waste management is advantageous, but not essential.
