The purpose of this role is to provide operational and administrative support to the Operations Director and wider project delivery team within a fast-paced construction environment. To assist in the coordination and planning of labour, projects, suppliers, and site operations while ensuring accurate communication and administration across multiple live projects.
- Support the planning and coordination of labour schedules and communicate updates to site teams and management.
- Maintain and update project trackers, work planners, and operational schedules.
- Assist Project Managers with preparation of site documentation and project files.
- Compile and complete Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and handover documentation.
- Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for operational teams where required.
- Ensure records, documentation, and project information are maintained accurately and efficiently.
- Identify and eliminate any projects risks or opportunities for improvement
- Attend training as and when required by the company and maintain levels of qualification
The role will be generally office based, where the candidate is expected to manage their own time in order to deliver to the required levels. The job may require visits to the customers, third parties and supply chain partners premises as well as site.
Pay: £24,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
