Ragdale Hall Spa is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated Waiter / Waitress to join our vibrant dining team. Nestled in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside, Ragdale Hall Spa is a multi-award-winning destination where wellbeing and hospitality go hand in hand - and our food service team plays a vital role in creating unforgettable guest experiences.
This role is ONLY suitable for candidates who can work weekday lunchtime shifts.
From welcoming guests into our elegant dining rooms to serving over 200 lunches and 180 evening meals each day, this is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday only
- 12:00pm – 3:00pm
- No evenings, no weekends
Available Contracts
- 9 hours per week - weekday lunch shifts- If you cannot work weekday lunchtime shifts, this role will not be suitable

Main Duties (Full Training Provided)
- Greeting guests warmly and professionally as they arrive.
- Serving food and beverages with attention to detail and care.
- Ensuring dining areas are clean, tidy, and beautifully presented at all times.
- Working closely with a team of 70+ dedicated colleagues to deliver seamless, five-star service.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even during busy service periods.
Requirements & Skills
- A friendly, approachable nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic.
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn – no previous experience needed!
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive approach to work and colleagues.
Salary:
- Age 16-17 £8.70 per hour
- Age 18-20 £10.85 per hour
- Age 21+ £12.75 per hour
