We are seeking a dedicated Internal Quality Assurer specialising in the Employability Sector to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate training sessions to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and organisational policies.
- Provide constructive feedback to trainers and learners to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, observations, and learner progress in line with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and mentor assessment techniques.
- Support the organisation’s quality assurance processes through regular audits and reviews.
- Keep up-to-date with sector developments, qualification requirements, and best practices in employability training.
Skills
- Proven experience in quality assuring within the employability or related sectors.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear guidance and constructive feedback.
- Organised with meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance and maintain high standards of quality assurance.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
