Lodge & Thomas are offering an opportunity to join our busy estate agency office in Truro, which specialises in town & country homes, farms and land throughout Cornwall.
Our Estate Agency department forms an important division of Lodge & Thomas, which is a long-established and diverse firm.
The successful applicant will be office based, supporting the team of agents in dealing with telephone and email enquiries, sales progression and communicating with vendors, purchasers and solicitors. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to progress within the department.
Requirements:
· Excellent IT and communication skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure.
· A proactive and self-motivated work ethic.
· Working days: Full time - Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
· Previous experience working within the estate agency sector would be advantageous.
