We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. Duties
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
- Utilise applicant tracking systems platforms to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline workflows.
- Manage the ROTA of staffing
- Lead generation through social media management, job boards, and networking events to attract high-quality applicants.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external agencies to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments while providing timely updates to all stakeholders.
- Assist in the optimisation of recruitment strategies by analysing data.
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media channels and other digital platforms.
- Maintain compliance with organisational policies and employment legislation throughout the recruitment process.
Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment is preferred.
- Familiarity with online systems such as 20x and Atlas is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Experience managing relationships with candidates and internal teams to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Knowledge of social media management tools for talent attraction purposes.
- Previous exposure to CRM platforms is advantageous.
