We are busier than ever at Mon Ami Alford and are now looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated full-time Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team!
Hours worked: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week (with potential for more) to be worked flexibly within our open hours.
Mon Ami is open weekdays from 7am to 6.30pm, 51 weeks of the year. Our full-time hours are generally around 8am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
What we're looking for:
- A full and relevant Level 3 qualification or higher (although we are willing to consider a Level 2 qualification along with the right attitude, work ethic, and passion for working with children)
- A commitment to keep learning and growing through our endless training opportunities
- A love for child-led learning
- Someone who's not afraid to get a little muddy or covered in glitter!
- Someone who believes that every child is unique and full of potential, and understands the importance of tailoring what we do to meet every child's individual needs
- Someone who can demonstrate a good understanding of the EYFS and be experienced with and confident in planning for children’s learning development

Your application will stand out if you have:
- A valid and recognised paediatric first aid certificate and up-to-date safeguarding training.
- Previous experience with supporting children with additional needs.
- Previous experience of working in busy early years settings.
- Higher level qualifications as well as enhanced job training such as Forest School, Elklan, SENCO, and outdoor play.
