Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Develop detailed technical drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit.
- Create 3D models and visualisations with SketchUp
- Assist in system design processes for construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and standards.
- Prepare graphic designs and presentation materials to communicate project concepts effectively.
- Support the development of detailed construction documentation and technical reports.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to review design proposals and optimise project workflows.
- Maintain organised project files, drawings, and documentation in accordance with company standards.
Skills
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
- Experience in construction-related design processes and system integration.
- Ability to produce high-quality designs for presentations and client proposals.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in drafting and modelling tasks.
