About the position:
We're looking for someone that will play a key role in our Bar team ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for artists, audiences and staff. This is a fast-paced public-facing role that requires multitasking skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet. The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of customer service principles in an entertainment environment, possess a strong work ethic and self motivation. Duties include (but are not limited to):
Day-today operations of the Bill Murray
Delivering excellent customer service
Working behind the bar
Adapting schedules based on needs, reducing and increasing shifts
Dealing with customer queries and issues, and ensuring they are resolved efficiently and friendly
Completing an end of shift report
Working with acts and producers to facilitate all show requests
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a busy, high pressure environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Job Type: 4 shifts a week
Salary: £11.95-£12.50 per hour
