What you'll do:

Prepare and serve delicious food and drinks while delivering a friendly and welcoming experience for every customer.

Support both front and back of house operations, helping ensure catering services run smoothly throughout the day.

Set up and replenish food counters, ensuring displays are attractive, well-stocked, and ready for service.

Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers and creating a positive dining experience.

Support hospitality and vending services as required across the site.

Assist with basic food preparation, pot washing, and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen.

Operate tills accurately, process transactions, and complete end-of-service cashing-up procedures.

Monitor food quality, stock rotation, and product displays, ensuring food safety standards are maintained.

Complete daily and scheduled cleaning tasks, keeping catering and dining areas clean, safe, and hygienic.

Record food waste and follow company procedures to help minimise waste and improve sustainability.

Follow all food safety, health & safety, COSHH, and hygiene procedures at all times.

Work flexibly across different shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support the needs of the business.

Work closely with the Catering Manager, Head Chef, and wider team to deliver an outstanding catering service.
What you'll bring:
-
Previous experience in catering, hospitality, food service, retail, or customer service is desirable, but not essential.

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-
A positive, flexible, and reliable approach with a willingness to support different areas of the catering operation.

Good understanding of food hygiene, health & safety, and safe working practices, or a willingness to learn.
-
The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

High standards of personal presentation, hygiene, and attention to detail.
-
Confidence working independently as well as part of a supportive team.
-
A proactive attitude with the ability to use your initiative and identify where support is needed.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays when required.

Food Safety qualifications are desirable, but full training will be provided.
