We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our store team at Montirex Ltd. This role involves greeting and serving customers and ensuring they receive an excellent shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries.
- Actively engage with customers on the shop floor, creating a welcoming and positive environment.
- Accurately process sales transactions.
- Handle returns professionally, offering exchanges or suitable alternatives where possible.
- Provide support and assistance to other members of the team.
- Represent the Montirex brand positively through every customer interaction.
- Demonstrate a passion for Montirex and continually develop product knowledge to support sales and merchandising.
- Conduct regular store walkarounds to ensure displays are replenished, housekeeping standards are maintained, and the store is customer-ready.
- Support with cash-handling duties when required, including till counts and transferring cash to the safe.
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- A positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.

- 12 hour contract. (Overtime available during peak trading)
